US criminal law, liberalism, legal certainty, Trump administration: According to media reports, President Trump rejected the accusations against him following the “No Kings” protests. President Trump is said to have declared that he is not a king and is merely serving the United States. I cannot understand the reasoning behind accusing President Trump of having a monarchical style of government.
